Ordering
To order online, simply place selected items in your Piche basket. You may also place your order by phone at 512-236-1501. Sales tax will be charged when applicable on orders placed within Texas.
Payment Methods
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Discover Cards. Payments are processed through Authorize.net's secure network. We do not store your financial information.
Shipping
Most orders will be processed within 2 business days. Orders are shipped Monday through Wednesday to minimize time in transit. We ship by Federal Express. Shipping costs are based on the total weight of your order and the delivery address. If you are located in Austin, Texas, please select Local Pick Up and we will arrange for you to pick up your purchase at no charge.
Returns
We want you to be delighted with your order. If you are dissatisfied for any reason please contact us and we will replace or refund your purchase.
